Nicholas Casale: My washer is broken. Unfortunately, the contractor couldn't replicate the problem, of course. My house was flooded about three times. I am hoping to have the issue solved soon and I need to call them back out. Tim offered to call them, which is great if I get any trouble. He always stuck with what we agreed even if we didn't sign something. Very trusting.
