A Brief History
The condos at Huntington Bayshore were built in 1989, with a total of 159 units. They are designed for small families, couples, and lone residents, with square footage ranging from 790 to 1,100. Smaller units are one bedroom one bathroom, and the largest are two bedrooms, two bathrooms. All are single level. Smaller units have balconies, while larger ones have patios for outdoor living space.

As the real estate market strengthens, prices for Orange County real estate continues go go up, and Huntington Bayshore is no exception. Prices for one to two bedroom condos start at around $450,000, with the most expensive going for close to $700,000. It’s a stark difference from a few years ago, when the market was struggling to recover. However, this time around, there is no bubble in site, and little expectation that prices will decrease, especially with the growing popularity of Orange County.

Amenities
Residents of Huntington Bayshore enjoy various amenities supported by a reasonable $395 monthly HOA fee. These include a large swimming pool and spa, a BBQ area for friendly gatherings, a secure gated entry, and secure underground parking. Moreover, water/sewer, trash, and insurance are all covered by the HOA fee.
